The online service is horrible at best. 3 days and parts still have not shipped. I should of picked them up. Now I have to wait 24 hours to find out why. Parts where in-stock at another location. But I thought it would be easier just to ship. But not the case!
If they don't have what you need, the manager is very informative about the locale to make sure you can get it somewhere else, going above and beyond to find every avenue for a solution.
Went in yesterday and was recommended the wrong type of coolant. Will now have to schedule a coolant flush. What should’ve been a $20 fix turned into a what I assume is now a $200 fix
i dont leave reviews but I got great service the other day at leominster. gardner messed up my battery install cuz it was loose and they wouldnt help me after it died in 3 months. mark helped me out big time he did the swap out and replaced the holder so its not loose now. if i need help leominster will come thru clutch when the other wont
