To add to my unfavorable review on 9/23/2025…the store I mentioned is at 12222 Florida Blvd. Don’t know how Advance Auto came up with the wrong store address when citing the store I was reviewing. So to be clear you need to do some serious coaching at 12222 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA
Advance Auto employee, Julius (refused to state his last name) must be the rudest, most arrogant human being I have ever encountered. My son went to the store to replace warrantied defective parts. The parts are well within the warranty period. He had copies of the receipts, order number included. Julius claimed he could not pull up the order number (I can pull it up in my account with no problem) and insisted he could only take an original receipt from the store (absolutely untrue!).
