Very poor customer service. I went in to have my alternator checked, and the young man behind the counter—long hair, very rude attitude—refused to help. When I asked politely, he smirked and told me, “I’m not going to do that right now.” He wasn’t busy, just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Completely unprofessional behavior. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
What like about this store is when I entered I was greeted with hello May I help you! It saves me so much time to be greeted and helped find my correct parts and they always treat me great!
