Corrine B refused service with testing a battery that was inside the store next to the battery tester. Refused to take off the core charge for a battery for no given reason.
So not only did I drive 3 hours after was told they would be open. Got there there is nobody there. The sign says open from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. It’s 5 o’clock as I’m writing this and there is about two other cars here. Quite sad that this location is going out of business. But honestly sad that this store doesn’t have the staff to keep open. I would definitely talk to the staff about this please and thank you. Now I have to walk to Orileys’s to see if they have the part. But if not I’m stuck 3 hours away from home
