Absolutely terrible experience. My vehicle was illegally towed by this company and returned to me with damage that was not present before the tow. When I tried to address the issue, the staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in taking responsibility for their actions. Companies like this rely on intimidation and people simply paying the fees and moving on. Unfortunately for them, that will not be the case here. I decided to use my battery warranty at this location because of the good reviews and because it was nearby to where I was getting my oil change. When I called to confirm if they had my battery in stock, Cesar was extremely impatient and rude.
