Inept is the best word to describe how my recent online order for instore pickup was handled. Order was placed on a Tuesday. Received email on Saturday that order was ready for pickup followed immediately by another email that my order had been picked up by Advance Auto. Apparently, someone else had ordered and picked up the same item and my order was noted as complete because it was the same item even though the order numbers were different.
