Jonathan did an amazing job, helped me understand my issue, gave super helpful product suggestions and really saved the day 10/10
They at least had the marine battery I needed, but the younger guy behind the counter assumed that it was the guy with me browsing in the next aisle who was the customer who would be on the warranty despite me (female) standing at the counter who had told him what I needed and had credit card in hand. If I wasn't tired from having dealt with the battery in the cold all morning, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
Truly appreciate Jonathan and team for replacing my car battery last minute on New Year’s Day. Thank you for the great service!
