I asked if they could check my battery and the lady replied that “our machine is down”. I wish people would be honest and reply they are too busy to fool with it.
Husband called to see if they had a radiator he needed and was told they could get one for him in about two hours around 4:00pm.He heard even the clerk asking if someone else if they could do it today and was told yes.Around 5:00pm he left to go and pick up the part. RecommendedThey had a lot of new people working this week. I bought spark plugs and asked for the gap. He told me that he didn't think that they sold that. I explained what it was but he just couldn't get it. No one knew how to look it up. I looked it up when I got home. It's sad.
