I had a time getting the clerk to do anything.
They never got the parts it shows online when you go in there to get them, they have a more expensive equivalent they offer you instead so call and ask them to check the inventory before ya web search your car parts and dont have the money for them when you get there.
online parts said it would be 15.00 at the Jamestown Tn Advance Auto Parts and when I called they wanted 96 dollars and they would not offer to back it up .
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were ready to answer my questions and were patient as we found what my car needed.
