I went there for a solution to my foggy headlights, and Brian went above and beyond to show me a product. Best customer service I've received anywhere.

I’m no mechanic and was clueless on what parts I needed for my car. Walked in and spoke with Brian, the parts pro, and he knew exactly what I needed and made sure I got everything I needed. Super nice and friendly.
Bryan and Inman South Carolina. He’s very rude very disrespectful and he comes off very racist. We have a part that has a warranty on it. He pulled a part up, but he’s not willing to help us. We’ve had to call the police out to get help. This is ridiculous when if there’s a warranty on it and it’s in the computer and we have the part then there should be no issue. (As of 7/28/25) The CURRENT store manager there is an absolute garbage human being. Not friendly, not helpful, annoyed if you ask him ONE question. Excuse me, isn't this your job? if you hate your job then QUIT and let someone who is helpful and wants to be there work there!! Hope corporate sees this and looks into this!
