Went for a battery install and it was obvious that the guy behind counter didn't want to be bothered he looked up my car on the computer and said it says here it might take more that 45min to install and said we cant do anything that takes that longwhich was bull crap I took the car to auto zone right down from this store and the man had it changed in less than 10 minutes. This guy was very rude and didn't even come out to look at my car. Never will go back here again!
I came in flustered and frustrated in pouring rain bc I could not get the windshield wipers I purchased elsewhere installed correctly on my GMC Terrain…an angel by the name of Sarah came out and put them on for me in the not coming down slowly or a little bit rain. It was such a good natured act of kindness that is more rare than it is present these days. I truly appreciate it, Miss Sarah! You got my vote! 🩷
