Stopped in here to get a (belt tensioner tool) and the woman working had no idea what it was and instead of asking another employee, she just said we don't have it and walked away. Unprofessional. Should be fired.

Super poor service! They wouldn't match there own sell price with the discount code. Went to O'Reilly Auto and got the exact part #21744 and they price matched the Advance Auto sell discount that Advance of Belle Vernon would not honor. Won't waste my time there again NOTE PHOTOS
