Despite doing so 20+ times in the past 15 years at many different auto parts stores they now don't allow you to return ANY electronic parts even if they're unopened. Story: 8:40pm, a friend called me and their car is misfiring, they're going on a trip the next day. I'm like oh it's probably an ignition coil, but the parts store closes in 20 minutes. Think twice before you start anything here. gave me the wrong part and when I wanted to change it they said they couldn't change it due to company policy so I had to buy another headlight bulb
