I typically try to avoid complaining, but the way this situation was handled was so unprofessional and disrespectful that I feel it needs to be brought to your attention. I own a Toyota Corolla that needed a new battery. I purchased a battery from your store for $190.00, brought it home, and installed it immediately, as the car was stalled on the street. I had a dead car battery, and whether to replace the battery in a bad weather, the service was excellent change the battery and provided free installation after some wait. Friendly and courteous customer service. Will go there again for future vehicle needs
ill never buy here again. 38 yrs of service and yall treated that man so poorly. kaplan louisiana you know exactly what im talking about!! poor man gave yall decades and yall let him go when his cancer took over. sickening!
