Cody is the best manager I've ever met from paw paw to Kalamazoo he's always done a terrific job with customers
The manager refused to honor a return that his employee previously said they would do. Proper training isn't the customers responsibility. If the representative isn't authorized to transact on the stores behave, make that clear with a sign that says every transaction MAY be reviewed and altered by the store manager. Shifting the problem to the customer isn't right.
Great place had everything i needed
The service was prompt and friendly. I got very good advice. Bobby did a great job, going out of his way to solve the problem and get the job done in a timely way.
I went into advance on Westnedge. I have visited on numerous occasions over the last few years. Lately I have seen a major improvement on the store and the staff. There now more helpful and extremely nice. Meeting us at the door offering to help us to find the item we need I'm impressed and will continue to visit this location For my automotive needs. Thanks to the staff.
