My favorite auto store for sure is the one on Trenton
We come to Ruston from another town. Our 1st store we went to, the car almost didn't crank. So we shot over to Advance Auto Parts an Randy checked our battery. It needed to be changed. So they happily changed the battery and cleaned the battery cable with no issues. The Mgr Morris was very nice and was steadily helping other customers. I would recommend this store to Everybody!!
Alex helped me replace my car battery and went above and beyond by removing corrosion as well. It was a more complicated job since he had to remove a couple parts to access the battery, but he handled it with ease. He was extremely gracious. Much appreciated!
Mr. Danny was very nice and helped a young college woman (myself) understand my issue and what to buy
Alex, was very informative and helpful. I really appreciate his help, honesty and customer service. I have an older vehicle and sometimes people aren’t as knowledgeable about Honda’s.
