Very strange customer service. I called the front desk asking about an emissions test and how they wanted it conducted. Told me to wait in line at the cones till it was my turn. Once it was my turn I entered and received extremely rude talk. I understand frustration, but what I received was really strange when I was a customer willing to pay, and I was doing merely what I was told to do on the phone. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The guy, Navi, seriously needs to work on his attitude. Extremely rude, impertinent, and downright unprofessional in the way he deals with customers. Absolutely not recommended!
Don't go to this place to get your state inspection. They will charge extra fee and that wasn’t need to do it
I called ahead to ask how long the wait for an inspection would be. I was told 20 minutes so I came in. There is a big sign in front of the garage that says Inspections that made it seem like I should go there for an inspection. The man in the garage came out and told me I can’t park there and that I should park somewhere else and go inside to see about an inspection - I’d guess that he encounters this often so he seemed understandably upset.
