The DDO Johnathon Kane did not return a call back by the end of bussiness day like he said he would after i spoke with him reguarding a problem with a manager Rhonda Washington - 86. She did not stick with an arrangement that was made. This is not the first time it has happened. I would not refer anyone to that store. All advance america stores are different, its just store 86 use caution when going their.

Fast and Friendly Service I can always count on the young ladies here to take care of all my needs in a timely manner. They treat me like family and I will always do business with Advance America!!!
I have never experienced a place of business that continuously shows great customer service at all times. I love the fact they also show and have things for customer appreciation. For example, Easter weekend they had Easter baskets for the kids, a drawing, as well as food and treats. It was really nice. The Manager, Dee is always nice and punctual, because of her I will never have to worry about finding another location. I love this location and strongly recommend it.
Great customer service!!! Very helpful and always pleasant.
