This company is a joke. They don't know anything that is going on. Filed and was approved on Saturday but didn't get proper document email until Monday. (Didn't say anything about signing documents when I was approved) Called to see why and whoever I talk to encourage me to cancel my online transaction and go to the store to get my money. Received the worst customer service ever! Not only did they not try and help me but they made me feel as though it was my fault. I requested a extension for next week when I get paid to retrieve the loan and although it was granted all I had to do was sign a doc via email which I did. The next day they took the money out anyway, which left me overdrawn in my acct. instead of coming up with a solution, they blamed me for allegedly not “signing” the document, which I did. I have never applied or been to this place .. they keep sending emails like this .. I will not give any information to this people .. two I have filed for Identity theft before and now I have recheck my credit report again and file a report .. I took a $450.00 cash advance from Advance America Cash Advance Centers of Florida, LLC ONLINE on 10/24/17. They deposited the money overnight into my checking account. The loan + fees ($500) was due on 11/02/17; an ACH debit was initiated by Advance America on 11/02/17. This ACH debit CLEARED my account on 11/03/17, however, they told me (verbally) that they will not report the payment to Veritec until 11/10/17. This 7-DAY policy is NOT in my contract.
