They never respond to any emails or calls. I have applied 3 times since the beginning of January, and all 3 applications were withdrawn without providing any reason. I have waited 10 days each time without any type of communication. I have called the local store, only to be told they really have no access to my online account. Took out a $150 payday loan ONLINE due on Dec 2. Its now Nov 19. On another of my emails I get a notice I am being sued by Advance America for $1,100+ I WILL NOT RESPOND TO THIS SCAM!!! I HAVE USED THERE STORES FOR PAYDAY LOANS WITH OUT ANY HASSLES. NOW THEY ARE ON MY NEVER AGAIN LIST!!!!

Be careful as this company has a scam running around and they know it. The people at my local office know about the scam didn't tell me until I told them the installment loan amount. When I tried to apply for a loan in the office, the woman was rude and didn't understand that my unemployment check hits my bank account on Fridays, every two weeks. I applied for a loan everything went well at first, I ended up signing onto a payment plan where they let you pay back the loan in $75 increments each pay period. When it came down to my last payment of $75 they not only charged my bank account $75 but the charged my debit card another $75 equalling to $150 so I called them and they refunded me $75. One of their clients apparently gave them a phony number...mine. I guess he was a deadbeat (go figure) and now they unceasingly call my home phone number looking for him. I've told "Carla" several times that nobody by the name of the person she is looking for has ever has this phone number. Each time she pretends to be sorry and acts like she's making a note of it but the calls always continue. I just filed an FCC complaint so I figured I'd throw one up here for good measure.

I come in today to cash a $29 check. Everything is going normal until I am asked to provide a social security number to cash my check when I provided valid id, my name is on the check, and valid number. I declined. I was not being offered to sign any disclosure or confidentiality agreement ensuring my privacy and identity are protected by this company.
