I just came in and there was a very unpleasant customer harassing the staff. They handled this person with respect and answered their questions. When it was my turn, I was treated well, though I had my own complications. They were friendly, conversational, and knew what they were doing. I walked out a very happy customer and wanted to especially say that Karla was awesome! Thank you!

These guys are literally awesome!! I have an account established so it makes it a breeze to get another loan in the future with them after your other is paid off. They are so helpful courteous and friendly! Come with required documents prepared and the rest is easy!! Thank you all so much!!!
This is a great place to go if your in a bind and in need of a small quick loan. The staff is very helpful and very curtious..I gave them 5 stars but they should really get 10 stars!!!
Oh my goodness if I could give a -10 on my most recent visit I absolutely would. I have never experienced the customer service here like I did today. Karla Ramirez was so rude and disrespectful I could not even believe she works there and as an Assistant Manager. Tried to get a District Manager Number and was refused by her. She absolutely needs to be taught edicate. I hope to hear from someone at Corporate regarding my visit as I will be writing a formal letter as well. Thank you.
