This is the second time that I’ve tried to do the loan online and they basically kept saying the systems are down and that they’re behind. I signed documents and uploaded my documents several times. I had to go inside the store and call and stop the online process. I didn’t have any problems inside the store however the online method would work better for me if they could get it to work.
Heather & the rest of the staff at this location are great!
Everyone I have ever worked with at this location is amazing. I felt a little weird using a service like this the first time but the ladies in this office have been some of the sweetest people and they made the whole process easy and comfortable. Heather was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. Love them!!
