If an item you ordered is not "in stock", brace yourselves for a very prolonged wait. They tell you that it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery but that hasn't been my case. They do charge your credit card very quickly though. Had I've known this, I would have ordered my tour pack from Hogworkz or any other company. Saturday the 9th a few miles outside of Idaho on I-90 returning from sturgis a truck infront of us ran over a sofa couch cushion. One of the thick heavy pleather ones. My Road King hit it head on dead in the headlight and fairing, deflected and scraped off the side of the bike nearly missing my father shortly behind me. I have a 23 Streetglide with Traction control. Bought a new 21 inch wheel, wrap around fender and stretch bags. Bags were great but the problem is the wheel. I ordered it with the 25mm bearings. I took the wheel to the local Harley dealer for them to install the bearings, I installed the wheel and went for a ride. Less than a block down the road the traction light started flashing and the bike went into limp mode, wouldn't accelerate over 20 mph and no throttle response. So I called to check stock on a Part for my st… drove out an hour to get there.. I told the guy on the phone… seems like a call center . The guy didn’t say anything about them closing for lunch, neither on line. I knew exactly what I wanted… the guy at the front told me to come back to buy parts that would probably take 10 minutes to make the transaction… I told I knew what I wanted… he proceeded to tell me to come back after an hour cause he was going to lunch… post lunch hours!!!
