Wish I could give zero stars! Husband took 1/2 day for work so he could take our son in for an issue. They refused to see my son for his appointment because our insurance card was online (husband offered to email it to them) and my husband didn’t know the exact date that my son went to the dr for the initial consultation. I know they had the insurance information because when they called to verify the appointment she said “I can see your insurance won’t have a copay for the appointment”. I would give them a negative 10. Absolutely rude staff, asking inappropriate questions. I only wish that I would’ve read all the bad reviews before I went. I went for a bruised toenail bed, and the Dr suggested wider shoes. I will never set another foot in there. Pun intended.
Wow what a disappointment this company has been. I went to them for relief of plantar fasciaitis, they ordered me inserts and assured me that insurance will cover them minus a small amount due from me. I asked them several times if they were covered and they expressed yes. Got them a month later and after that got a bill stating that insurance didn't not cover any part of the costs and that my bill was 726.00. I asked them to take them back I can't afford 700 shoe inserts that are not helping me like they swore they would. T... read more
