We sent them a Pfeiffer turbo pump to rebuild. They had our unit for six months and could never provide any information or status except that they had "ordered parts" to effect the repair. We repeatedly asked for updates about the repair status but we only had an email for one person who could never provide any meaningful information other than the turbo pump was either in "repair or evaluation status." Their 2 year warranty on pump repair is a scam. You will never get any return. Avoid these people.
Don’t Drive for these Guys ! Mr Brian cursed at me and fired me said I’m fired for talking trash that was very inappropriate” I was simply telling him my side of what went wrong yesterday. There was a 700 pound machine that I was not trained to strap down yesterday , 1 of the straps that I had connected to the vacuum pump snapped due to poor gear. it slid and hit the door. I reported it to Corey who was my dispatcher for the day about the machine, he continued to tell me to keep driving after I told him it doesn’t feel safe.... read more
This is probably one of the worst companies to deal with. We sent them a pump to rebuild, showed them the make and model, and they confirmed they can fix it. After they received the pump, they kept "evaluating" it for 3 full months. It was impossible to get updates about the pump status or timeline to fix because they never connect you to the "technical people". Every time you call, they will listen to you, take your name and phone number with a promise to call you back with an answer. Of course they never contact you back. ... read more
