The WORST company to do DME rentals with. They don't read the orders, don't send the right equipment, don't service their equipment and don't have competent people working there. Equipment is dirty, broken, and old. They find any way to make excuses and charge redelivery fees. DO BETTER!!!!
I would highly recommend AdvaCare! The worker Andre was a great help to us with returning the supplies from my grandmother who was in hospice. He was very friendly and an overall great employee.
AdvaCare was responsive for delivering the necessary equipment for my mother-in-law, but is an absolute NIGHTMARE as far as pick-up is concerned. Despite the traumatic and oftentimes anxiety-ridden experience of losing a loved one at home through Hospice, AdvaCare told us they "don't work weekends" or "after 4pm" to remove the bed upon which my MIL died, leaving us to walk past it for THREE DAYS!
