Horrible experience with this company. Advacare was the medical equipment supplier for the hospice company we used when a family member was ailing with cancer. At every opportunity to deliver good service to a family at its most challenging time, they failed. First, upon delivering our supplies, thee delivery guy put a huge gouge in the wall where the medical bed was placed (photo attached). Terrible company. Only using because the hospice company uses this company. Was promised a hospital bed today just received a call wanting to deliver tomorrow. They must not understand the needs of hospice patients. Now it's suppose to be delivered late tonight.
Great company. Communication with delivery drivers and management was good.
Don’t use this company. Absolutely the worst when it comes to a delivery window, or a pick up window. Constantly “delayed” with zero communication. Hold times are ridiculous, supervisors don’t call back, and when they finally do, literally admit that they can’t promise a time because they can’t guarantee anything. Unreal. Don’t use them.
5 Delays of medical equipment with next-to-no contact or updates, driver just shrugging off calling an irrelevant party at 2am to ask if it is okay to deliver saying they were just "busy" is no excuse. Do not use this company.
