I am extremely disappointed with AdvaCare Systems. I had a family member using a bed and oxygen concentrator. AdvaCare was very quick to bring the equipment, but after my mom passed I'm having trouble getting anyone to come pick it up. My family has to sit and stare at the deceased family member's medical equipment. Every time I call AdvaCare Systems I get promised someone will call me back but they don't. Nothing more fun than waiting on hold for 45 minutes each time. I do not recommend this company at all.

Prompt on delivery but left us waiting days for a pickup. Property manager had to reach out to me the third day it was supposed to be picked up which was also a no pick up on the weekend. Pickup expected Friday, they changed it for Monday door to no weekend pickups, waited all day Monday with the property manager still no pick up. Called and was told they were on the way but was a no show. Trying to reach someone was terrible. Definitely not the experience you want to encounter during grieving the loss of your mom. Advocate is the most prompt home health aid service iv ever been involved with. I especially like Theodore who has come out multiple times and always makes sure I understand. He also will answer questions about other products that he didn't come about Thank you Theodore.
