tried to make an appointment and the receptionist hung up on me, why? got mad at me for not knowing how to pronounce Tinea cruris, called at 4pm 3/27/18 spoke to a woman , sounded mid 20s, prob blew her way to get the job, less attitude more understanding, if im calling a urologist its relatively serious so maybe ask for symptoms or even layman terms and dont put me on hold just because you are about to leave for the day or need to blow off the doctor. lost potential business for no reason

A shining example of how medicine was likely practiced in Soviet Russia. Incompetent entitled staff, multiple hours waiting to see a doctor, obnoxious, rude front desk and while they will let you wait for hours to be seen by a doctor DON'T BE LATE even by 10 minutes - I was and was locked out, did not get to see a doctor and never called back. Dr. Grotas is awesome if you ever get to see him.
This hospital may have good doctors but their OFFICE HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I needed a prescription refill from my doctor so I called to have it done. Unfortunately you can only leave messages to the doctors office and not speak with someone in the office. I left messages for a week straight and they never got back to me and I almost went into withdrawal. Another time I got a blood test there. They did not send the results to my doctor.
