I came here with a protracted respiratory virus. The RN seemed excellent. The x-ray technicians were excellent. The NP was mediocre --- They got the diagnosis right (chest x-ray > pneumonia) but the antibiotic initially prescribed did not work. My primary care told me it wasn't going to work for pneumonia when I called him when I got home... and sure enough the next day I Felt worse and had to come back into the Emergency Room for an additional antibiotic. It is ridiculous how small the urgent care waiting room is and how long it takes to see a provider. They just added on and did remodeling and bought as this expensive out work but yet they can't pay for more providers. It should not take more then two hours to see a provider in urgent care. And they need a way bigger urgent care waiting room and more providers. And to clean more. Worst urgent care ever been to
