This place is horrible. They treat people horrible. I was forced to take horrible pills & shots that made me way sicker physically than I was. My food was poisoned and my heater was sedating me. I was given a room with no bathroom, a hard bed and made to freeze because they wouldn't give me warm clothes to wear. The visitors book only had one name in it despite there being others there. Visited last year and the help I got was immense. Everyone from the doctor down to techs were professional and courteous. My caseworker was also awesome, and you linked me with the mobile integration team and they were even better. Truly a peaceful environment to recover, for me at least. You helped me with being okay with asking for help and seeking the appropriate channels.
In 2023 Northern Basements installed an inside gutter system and pumps in our basement due to water seepage where the floor slab and the foundation meet. Two months later there was a huge flood in our area and we had 5” of standing water outside our home up against the foundation. WE DID NO GET A DROP OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT. Everything worked perfectly and our basement has been dry ever since. Thanks Northern Basement Team!
Very good communication with the patients family/support system. Important information & observations from loved ones are taken greatly into consideration for treating the patient. I’m glad that everyone does a great job for the patients there. The counselor(Jodie/Jody) is phenomenal, she accepts and analyzes information that could possibly help with the patients treatment; and she is easy to reach in the event that something changes.
