DO NOT GO. RUN IN ANY OTHER DIRECTION! Out-patient surgery on Monday. Emergency room on Thursday with massive blood loss and hospital stay of 1 1/2 weeks. After numerous calls from hospital for him to care for me, hospital sent a new doctor. He never returned.
Rude staff! Especially the doctor himself!! $100 down the drain
Do NOT use this urologist! I had an appointment set at 8 am as a new patient. I arrived at 7:45am and there was not a single car in the parking lot. Doors were locked. By 8:05am (past my actual appointment time), 8 other cars of patients had arrived for appointments. Many elderly people were standing outside waiting. Doors were not unlocked until almost 8:10am. The front office staff is extremely put out dealing with patients. Additionally they tell you they set an "appointment". This is not true. They line patients up like cattle outside their office. They open late and again did I mention, impolite?
My mom drove 4 hours to come see what the cause of bladder pressure/pain just for him to act like an a**hole and have no answers or diagnosis, then she went back home with her pain. Him and his staff were very rude and unprofessional and the wait was over 2 hours.
