They do not listen. They do not show any empathy or compass. Specifically Dr Gadnick does not offer empathy or other options. Forced to follow treatment options that left me in misery with no help. They ignored my chart messages for days. Dealt with a large stone which resulted in a stent. Stent caused massive discomfort. She would not offer any additional medication for comfort or move surgery up to remove stone. I suffer from both ED and Peyronise disease. I went to this urology clinic for care. I've tried both pills and injections for ED with no success. I also tried traction device for Peyronise disease. I went to see Dr. Phillips for care. She was unable and unwilling to help me. I felt during both visits with her that she wasn't present or understanding.During the second visit I felt like she just discarded me like something from her plate.
