Worst doctors visit ever! I show up at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment the Doctor doesn't show up until 9:30. He says I need physical therapy without a diagnosis. We need to take a conservative approach. I say I want to be more aggressive. He said he wastes to much time arguing with insurance companies and that I can call them myself. Then he says hold on one second and gets up and leaves. Five min later the nurse comes in with an MRI order and says your all set. I had several questions that went unanswered. Great staff, been coming here for 6 months since I broke my arm
Zero stars! Front desk staff is rude. They Deny to make appointments because THEY refuse to do THEIR job and get preauthorization from workers comp for the patient to be seen. I requested to speak with the office manager after not getting through to the front desk lady on how to obtain authorization from workers comp (patients don’t get authorization the office gets that seeing as the patient doesn’t know procedure codes and diagnosis codes) and the office manager got on the phone and basically transferred me to billing beca... read more
Doctor Zoellick,How can a doctor who you are suppose to trust to do the right thing for your health.Take a pay check over my health.No ethics or honor.How can you look at yourself in the mirror.I came to see you 5 years ago only to have you lie.In which I have been suffering since.Your opinion had devastating affect on me and my family.I hope other doctors at AP Ortho have more passion and just do the right thing.Shame on you !
