You get a nurse practitioner, you get the run around, you are over charged for the service you receive. They run on the ObamaCare Model. Poor service, charge high, run them out the door, don't care for the elderly, let them die. Better to take their money leave them poor and not treat their illnesses. Never take calls during the hours they say they are open. They are rude, don't get back to you for days, or weeks, maybe months - if you don't go into their office to get answers first. My daughter and I both use Dr. Leahy and we love him. He's always caring and takes time to listen. I always feel he does what he feels is best for us. We have been going to him for years and stand by him as an outstanding doctor. Thank you =)

I've been going to this clinic since I moved to St. Louis a little over a year and a half ago.... I have some health challenges that aren't easy to manage, but this clinic and it's staff have been so wonderful, helpful, and they truly treat you like family. The office ladies have given me hugs and handed me tissues on particularly hard days, and my doctor has been so helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Very rude and disrespectful at not anytime does anyone show some type of kindness they over talk you. .I wouldn't recommend taking a dog there...The atmosphere feels very racist my insurance spends the same as anyone else...The staff is actually the worst part of the visit...trust they will deny you treatment if you don't fall within your brackets with them..from my first visit to my last every experience has been horrible...They're hard up for something but I can't tell you one thing it's not patients because they don't car... read more

Debbie with the billing department is rude and unprofessional. I had insurance at the time of my service. She claims the insurance company dedied my coverage yet the insurance company stated they had not received information from the "Practice Managagment Affiliates Consulting Inc". Four years later it is on my credit report for twice the amount of the original bill! Its so old of an issue that no one seems to be able to help except the person in charge of managing the bill.
