Great doctors but beware.. the front desk is a joke. 1st issue: came in for a post op and was charged by the front desk. When I mentioned this to the doctor, he asked what were you charged for? This is post op appointment and it is free. They had to go back and issue my money back. That leads into the 2nd issue.. 2nd issue: was back to visit again after surgery and they wanted to charge me.. I asked a simple question if they were sure I was supposed to be charged. Been trying to pay my bill for weeks but they never answer the phone after 4pm despite business hours being til 5pm. This comes after dealing with the rudest Dr. in their office. He treated me like I was wasting his time, completely dismissed my concerns, and gave me no after care instructions. The only Dr. that's ever been worse was one that told me my families' murders were God's will. So I would recommend not going here! I was scheduled here for a nose procedure. We had respiratory illness go through our house and had to cancel that appointment. I figured they would appreciate me not bringing in my germs (because it was pretty bad) and I didn't think they would even do my procedure while sick. I have called a number of times now to reschedule and they have me leave a message for my doctors nurse and then no one returns my calls. Although the care is relatively good, you need to make sure you have plenty of time because test are rarely on schedule. Seems every time I go there it is rare that I get in on time. Today it was 40 minutes past my scheduled time and I was still waiting in the waiting room. I finally had to reschedule which means I get to waste more of my time and gas to come back out for the care I need.

My issue of severe postnasal drip and congestion almost cleared up when I had my appointment here. but when I called to make an appointment here it had not. Even though I was better Dr Casey Ashby did a thorough exam. I was afraid the procedure of him putting a scope up my nose would be painful but he used a numbing med to put up there so it wasn't.
