This office is medically neglectful. They have left my father in excruciating pain and have no interest in helping him. They pick up the phone over and over and put you on hold for forever without ever even saying hello or coming to the line. He has a nerve in his face that has not allowed him to even eat or drink for days, still no assistance will be given. SHAME ON YOU
Dr. Ashby did my son’s surgery last year and I was overall happy with the whole experience. I felt confident that my son was in good hands and that was of utmost importance to me. I have recently seen Dr. Melder myself and have been extremely happy. Dr. Melder is so kind and takes his time with exams and discussions. I appreciate his compassion and professionalism.
From the time of being referred for my daughter’s enlarged tonsils to her having them taken out with Dr Ashby, my experience with this office has been great. They were prompt to schedule me after receiving the referral, were able to get us seen within a couple of weeks, and a plan of action put into place by Dr Ashby.
