Absolutely terrible. I receive a phone call from an impassionate man telling me that my appointment is cancelled because the office is temporarily closed. He couldn't tell me how long it would be closed for and suggested I book with one of their other offices. Since I don't really have much of an option (I need to start medication), I call their Rochester branch and their phone is out of service!
