I was recently referred to this clinic and was instructed by my PCP to call the office directly to schedule my appointment. After a substantial wait time on the line, I finally connected with a scheduler. However, the staff member who answered was impatient and repeatedly interrupted me while I was explaining the reason for my call and the location I needed.
