I travel from Worcester to Wellsley just to see Dr. Kathleen Joyce. As a melanoma survivor, I trust her with my life. Literally. Great staff and a pleasant office setting, too.
Happy with my in-office experience at APDerm however their billing team is AWFUL to deal with. They billed me totally incorrectly after a standard appointment, I contacted the billing team and they told me that my insurance "rejected the claim and I should call them instead". So I called my insurance to find out that they paid the claim weeks earlier and I only owe my copay. Call the AP Derm billing team back and receive 1-word replies that my insurance should contact them directly. So I call the insurance back to coordinate... read more
