About a year after starting outpatient therapy with one of their Social Workers I gave some feedback to her. She dropped me as a patient and didn’t refer me to another therapist. This all happened in the midst of many troubling life changes. Don’t criticize their methods or they’ll leave you hanging in the wind.
Sean Garagan is a terrible psychiatrist and a terrible person. Quick to dismiss your concerns and fast to hand out dangerous meds with minimal info on your case
I would give zero stars but it doesn't allow me. Sean was extremely rude and disrespectful
I came out of my experience with the staff here worse off than when I went to them for help. During the start of the covid crisis, they assessed me for help. The staff member who assessed me over the phone was very rude. The staff I met with in person didn’t respect my boundaries about sharing details from my past and pushed for more, which should’ve been a red flag for me to leave right away, but I needed support so I gave them more time.
