Deeply disappointment with the customer service I recently received at your clinic. My doctor referred my daughter to see Rochelle. However, upon contacting your office, I was informed that Rochelle is no longer accepting new patients. While I understand that schedules can be full, what left me particularly dissatisfied was the response I received when I inquired about alternative recommendations.
