Overall a good practice, but they've recent had some staff turnover, and the new people do not inspire my confidence in the level of care I received. Therefore I have specifically requested to be seen by the Dr. Catugno only until the situation improves. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, shows genuine concern for and is willing to discuss my conditions and concerns, which is unusual nowadays. Nite that there are only 2 doctors here, so if possible, you should ask for the 1st appointment in the morning (8am).
Had my appointment canceled twice. Saw the doctor and he totally dismissed my symptoms as medication interaction. He acted totally smug. Not sure if I'm going back. I have been on this same medication cocktail for years and there are interactions now? I'm not buying it.
Completely unprofessional, had to call for an apt and they received everything they needed. Once they had entered my DOB and name, they said I had a new patient no call, no show back 2016!!! I was no longer able to be a patient. I have no recollection of this said apt that ALMOST 10 YEARS AGO! I went to their website and view the cancelation policy and it states, if you fail to cancel or show for 2 scheduled Apts in a rolling 12 month period, you will be dismissed.
