I would never recommend a doctor's office with office staff who doesnt work for the patient. I'm tired of holding grown adults hand to make sure paperwork is filled out correctly to insurance companies and then tell the patients "Well that is really hard to get insurance companies to pay for that", having office staff answering questions with "Not my job".
