BEST DOCTOR - WORST OFFICE STAFF I EVER HAVE ENCOUNTERED...MAKE EVERYTHING EASY FOR THEM....SPIT ON EVERYONE ELSE. IT'S BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS SINCE I WAS HARASSED INTO PAYING A CO-PAY THAT I DIDN'T NEED TO PAY. I KNEW CONSULTATIONS WERE FREE AND APPARENTLY, HSHS BUSINESS OFFICE HAS NO CLUE WHATSOEVER ABOUT INSURANCE. THEY HARASSED ME TO PAY...INSISTED I PAY. I PAID IN CASH. I absolutely love Dr. Ale. He is always so friendly and seems genuinely concerned about me when I am there. He stays in the room as long as it takes to get me situated and never seems to be in a hurry. The staff there is absolutely wonderful and helpful as well. Nurse Betty is a hoot and always so sweet. The other nurses are awesome as well, I have just had Nurse Betty the most often. The front desk girls always greet you as soon as you come off the elevators too. Just an all around great Dr.'s office!
