Left scrambling without medication refills. It's not easy to get a new provider. It can take several months. My provider left and did not refill my medications. I had my annual physical I paid for my visit and now I'm left having to find a new provider before I'm due for another appointment because my medications weren't refilled. This is terrible business practice.
I left all my doctors here in Crawfordsville to go to this doctor's office thinking they were part of Witham, I going to get better treatment boy was I wrong. This is nothing like any of the other offices in Witham I can't believe how the stuff is in there, they are just as rude as rude can be. If you like your job then please find another one. Dr. Hileman listened to all my concerns and we put a plan in place. He was kind and considerate. Office staff, friendly, as well. Thank you.
Whoever Chriss is.. some lady that answers their phones is always in an awfull mood. She acts like im bothering her when I call in. Not a kind or caring person to be working in a doctors office..
