Very positive first impression. Office staff and nurse were professional and friendly. Dr Fawaz was personable and answered all of my questions.
This dr and his staff were such good sports with my yapping, anxiety, and wild jokes… I have a lot of medical trauma, unfortunately, from childhood, foster care, and the military. This man made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I just wanted to give him the biggest hug and thank him for not writing me off and for really listening to me.
