The doctor could see in 5 minutes what pcps refused to acknowledge after years and years of begging for referrals for my ingrowns to be removed. I like they do not need a referral. However they do this weird thing where they call to confirm your insurance can be taken literally after you walk in for your appointment. None of them have a bedside manner and some are downright rude.
