Excellent experience. Dr. Grilli was very respectful and courteous. He was transparent and conservative with his treatment plan for my child. My child has had anxiety and behavior issues with dental treatment in the past, but we did not have any issues during both visits; the initial visit with a cleaning and exam nor during the second visit for treatment. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the way I was treated at Dentistry for Children and Adults today. I brought my daughter Bella in for a routine teeth cleaning. There was apparently a balance on the account from previous work, which I had already been told to contact my insurance about - and I did exactly that. We absolutely love this dental office! The staff is beyond kind and always makes us feel so welcomed. They go out of their way to make patients feel special, and you can truly tell how much they care. My son (3yr) was sent the sweetest card from the front desk staff, and little gestures like that mean so much. The office is always friendly, positive, and full of smiles. We’re so thankful to have found such a wonderful dental team!
