To be told that I can't be seen because I'm self pay and couldn't afford their rate is a horrible way to be treated. I was near tears because I needed to talk to my counselor badly. Where my son goes in FWB works with me...always. I'll be reporting to the BBB. I sure hope nothing tragic happens from your clinic turning people away.
Clinician was great but after repeated issues and rude behavior from support staff, I can not recommend this location.
