My 13-year-old son needed minor foot surgery and we we referred here by our PCP. The nurses were friendly and conversational; the wait before being brought to the examining room was minimal. Dr. Sachs was warm and engaged my nervous son in conversation immediately, putting my son at ease and explaining clearly what would be done. The procedure is still healing, and our follow-up visit went just as smoothly as our initial visit.
