I went to the midlothian office and was very pleased with the dr that saw me. I had no issues until it was time for payment. They required me to pay my full deductible for services plus my co pay. When I received my EOB from insurance, I was only responsible for my co pay plus a % of a purchase. I overpaid by $200. It is now 2 months later, multiple phone calls, emails with no one getting back to me. Finally got in touch with someone who said that they see I overpaid and will start the refund process which will take 30 days!... read more

Achilles Foot & Ankle provided excellent care for my foot issue. Dr. Eng was thoroughly professional, as one would expect from a physician, but his care went far beyond that. He was personable, warm, and quite friendly, altogether a very likeable man. His care and concern for me as a patient, and as a person, was always evident. He took the time to clearly explain to me all aspects of my condition and the treatment that he was providing.
