The receptionist was very rude. My new pediatrician keeps requesting my children's medical records, but for 3 weeks now, they say they haven't received the request. I've verified the fax number and it was correct. When I tried to explain this to the receptionist, she cut me off. I couldn't get a word in. I only went here because it was the nearest one, but not professional at all. Oh and it's true, they barely answer the phone, so good luck!
