My experience was awesome no more pain I thought I was looking at surgery instead gain foot care knowledge.
Dr. Knowles and his staff were very professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain my medical situation and offered practical things that I could actually do to heal. He explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I can have a full recovery and no unanswered questions. This is most any doctor has ever explained anything to me. I waited about an hour in the waiting area. But get this, an additional 2-3 hours in the exam room! I finally got up and put my socks and shoes on. I went to the checkout counter and ask to be rescheduled… they persuaded me to go back in the examination room. The doctor finally came in offered no apologies and was single and rude and pissed off and did my feet , I proceeded to the checkout counter that’s when my next appointment was.
